Recent Projects
"Hired NCB&R in Fall 2009 for a +/- six month whole house renovation including: all new bathrooms, kitchen, windows, gutters, flooring, entryway, painting, etc. I had received bids and interviewed numerous other contractors before hearing about NCB&R from a co-worker who had used them on previous occasions. My experience with NCB&R could not have been more positive (and I say this after having a not-so-positive experience with contractors in the past).
I could set my watch based on the arrival time of Stefan and his son each and every day. The subcontractors that he uses (electric, plumbing, carpentry, copper work, tile, etc.) have worked alongside NCB&R for 20+ years in some cases…this says a lot about the relationships that Stefan has built with the subs. All subs were polite, thorough and extremely neat and respectful. Stefan even allowed me to use a painting subcontractor that I had a previous 20-year relationship with.
I've used NCB&R for a number of smaller projects subsequent to to the 2009-'10 job. All of the smaller jobs proved to be just as uneventful as my initial experience with NCB&R. I've been able to assist them in securing subsequent contracts, and refer them to my friends and associates without any hesitation whatsoever.
One final thought: My wife and I now consider Stefan and his son very good friends of ours. How many customers have you heard say that about their General Contractor?"
